1. Agreement
By using the Verdyn website or software, you agree to these terms. If you're using Verdyn on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.
2. The service
Verdyn provides AI crop-intelligence software that analyses imagery you provide and returns detection results, maps, and guidance. The service is under active development; features and coverage may change.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide imagery and data you have the right to use.
- Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
4. Guidance is decision support, not a guarantee
Verdyn's outputs support agricultural decisions; they do not replace professional agronomic judgement. We do not warrant that detections are complete or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific yield, savings, or financial outcomes. Always confirm before acting.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the imagery and data you upload. You grant Verdyn a licence to process it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Verdyn retains all rights in its software, models, and brand.
6. Trademarks
"Verdyn" and the Verdyn logo are trademarks of Verdyn Technologies [Ltd]. AWS and NVIDIA are trademarks of their respective owners; Verdyn is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verdyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop or revenue loss arising from reliance on the service. [Counsel to set liability framework and caps.]
